Please report the problem with the site in the appropriate Support Forum, and the issue will be resolved or escalated by our Community Leaders to Lulu Staff within 24 hours. You can ensure a faster response by providing as many details as possible in your post.
Before posting, you may want to browse the forum relevant to your problem. It is possible that someone else has reported the problem and it's been resolved and posted to the forums for all to see.
