Description:

Luciferian Witchcraft is a complete grimoire of Left Hand Path initiation. Many books have been written of the so-called left hand path, very few actually were written by initiates. Beginning with a lengthy exploration of the forms of the Adversary throughout history, a foundation of ideology is given by identification with the Adversary. The reader is then led through dark and twisting corridors with Four Chapters, a complete system of the History of the Adversary and the Witchcraft associated with the Left Hand Path. What is found within Luciferian Witchcraft is a Talismanic text which presents the medieval concepts of the Black Book being a conjuration itself of the Devil, a complete initiatory system detailing High Ceremonial Magick, The lore of the Adversary and ritualistic and forbidden sex magick. Approach with caution, you may open the gates of hell within…

From the Desk of Author D. Clark of Third Cycle Poetic Prophecy... [ No Rating ] 5 Sep 2008
I can see there are a few heated discussions on this topic. I will admit I had an entire Poetry site with thousands of other writers in a frenzy over my writing and style. Over the massive amount of exposure I got from that event I think if I had a book out back then I would have over million hits on it already.

But honestly unless another Sept 11th Event comes again or if Russia and China decide to attack the United States with nuclear force then I am unsure if I will get that same amount of attention at this moment. But I will say this events that I have wrote about are coming...

Lucifer is a cupcake! [ No Rating ] 25 Jul 2007

Really people, get a goddam grip already. Lucifer was the Light Bearer, the Morning Star, nothing but the sun or what they claimed in Roman mythology as Lucifer. All pagan morons of the past had names for their sun. Ra from Egypt, i forget the damn Persian sun god's name, you know, the one who's birth they stole and gave to Jesus after Jesus (the Greek named bastard loosely based upon a rebellious Jew named Yeshua Ben Yosef) had been dead (yes dead, he never came came back, sorry to inform you) for over two hundred years, and so on and so forth. Christians are the ones who made Lucifer or Satan to be an evil taboo. Satan merely is an old Hebrew word that means 'obstacle'. Well, with the course of religious evolution and the obstacles afoot, certain religions have to make the opposing beliefs seem wrong hence the image we have of a once noted important god of the Roman empire named Lucifer. Demons were also once defined as the deities (gods and goddesses) but the new idea of Christianity had to make that appear bad as well. If that's not strange enough as it is, Christians due to Constantine's establishing of Christianity today as we know it, made the Sabbath day (the day Christians attend church) a Sunday. Fascinating, if you ask me. To think that Christians go to church on a day reserved for Lucifer. Anyhow people, quit believing in mysterious, ridiculous fables. That includes boogey men like the devil.

What a read!

This is an excellent primer for anyone delving into the rite's and rituals of the left hand path. However, when reviewing anyone's published "book of shadows" or "grimoire", I think it's important to remember that what one is reading is, more or less, a diary of rites that have a personal affinity for the witch/magician.

The one thing someone can do to guarantee ineffective magic is to mimic someone else's rituals, verbatim. Magic and the power one draws from within themselves, to manifest their desire is strictly personal. To gain strength as someone who works with the mysteries, is just like any other exercise; practice, practice, practice, makes one stronger.

Know thyself is the first law of communing with the powers that coalesce into this living reality. Certainly one can read an excellent resource on the dark arts like this title, and learn something from it's master. However, it's vital that one take these teachings (and any other), and pick and choose what they can use, if anything, in their own rite.

Then you will realize that YOU are the first temple. And your living life is the art, manifest.

Bright Magic Blessings,
D.

Once again Michael W. Ford has presented a work of shadowed excellence. Anyone truly interested in the darker aspects of magick and sorcery should purchase this fine work. The price is more than reasonable, and the information concerning the mythologies and ritual is... priceless. The LHP community has been flooded by wanna'be pseudo magickians in the last few years like unto the RHP, which is a shame. Michael's work (makes) several groups rather uncomfortable due to his demand for realism verses wishful thinking in his approach to magick. If you desire (real) sorcery, this is the book for you. If you're a fluff bunny... stay safe, and only read Harry Potter adventures. I give this book 6 thumbs up!!!

Michael has written a tour de force that will make all wanna be sorcerers jitter their knees. This is a mage that practices what he preaches. He has travelled the depths and the hights and leaves a beacon for those whom wish to do the same. To those who are dead serious in fulfilling their sinister selves, this book is for you. Hands down. No doubt about it. You can't find a better grimoire. If you can, you better let me know about it!

Have you ever ordered a book that you wanted to read so bad that you stalked the mailbox till it came? Well I have to work so I came as close to that as possible. When it did finally arrive I was pleased and tired as well from not being able to pace my reading and give my body a rest. Meaning I read till I passed out. I have been following Mr. Ford's writings from his smaller self-published grimoires all the way to his musickal projects and I must say he is very talented and there must be much more coming in the future from this man or beast(ha). The combination of "Book of the Witch Moon" and "Luciferian Witchcraft" make a dark systematic path of self discovery if you have the WILL. As a Thelemite who has always leaned towards the LHP I find this a "Nexus" of the inspiration and practices that I have been searching for for way to long. Frater Nexus156
Luciferian Witchcraft [ No Rating ] 1 Apr 2005 (updated 1 Apr 2005)
Michael Ford is a controversial figure in some circles due to his approach to sorcery and the left hand path, usually from those whom consider they have the monopoly of view. However, this book shows he has both theoretical and more importantly practical experience of what he does and writes about, which validates it, and what works is more important that adherance to traditions and people whom claims theirs is the way it must be done. More importantly, he acknowledges sorcery as a religion and that the deities and spirits are real, rather than the common take of mere archetypes, which plagues the occult world today. Anyone desiring to know more about this subject or actually ‘work’ with it is advised to buy this book, rather than trawl through the many second rate websites and elists, which are likely to prove a wasted journey. More only criticism, would be that it would have been nice to see a more extensive bibliography of source material and suggested reading, as this goes a long way in helping individuals hone their own views.

This book has all the small manuals that Michael has released to the public that you may not be able to find very easily any longer, along with new material and better print quality as graphic designs and symbols are concerned. This book has a great price on it and is more than worth the cost. It also has very detailed information of the archetypes used and the stories behind them, as well as reference to where the information was inspired from and then turned into a well thought out system of magick. This is a huge 503 page manual filled with information from front to back. It is a great work and I very highly recommend this book to anyone even tempted to know what is inside. If you purchased 'Book of the Witch Moon’, you should also have this one.
